I never expected to write this post so soon, but here we are, and I’m honestly grateful for that.

Every Friday, I release a Trauma Truth essay, a deeper look at the realities of healing, the parts we don’t talk about, and the things trauma tries to make us forget about ourselves.

And it helps me stay consistent in the work I’m committed to doing.

Poetry is where I speak the most honestly.

I’m calling this series:
“The Deep Cut.”
A monthly drop into the interior world—the thoughts beneath the essays, the emotions beneath the armor, the truths that arrive before the explanation does.
