Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

Hey, thanks for being here. Resilient Scribe is a space I’ve built from my own experience, through trauma, through writing, through learning how to keep going. Before you dive into the posts, poetry, or paid content, here are a few things you should know.

1. I’m Not a Therapist

Everything you read here comes from personal experience. I’ve been through some difficult experiences, and I write about them to help others feel less alone. But I’m not a licensed therapist, counselor, or doctor. What I share shouldn’t be taken as professional advice, just as honest words from someone who's walked through the fire and made it out the other side.

If you're struggling, I strongly encourage you to reach out to a mental health professional. There's no shame in getting help. I’ve done it. You deserve to feel whole again.

2. Respect the Work

The writing, poetry, and stories on Resilient Scribe are mine unless otherwise noted. You’re welcome to share parts of it, just please credit me and link back to the newsletter. Don’t copy full pieces or try to pass them off as your own. I put a lot of myself into this work. I think that deserves respect.

3. Subscriptions and Paid Content

If you’ve chosen to support this space with a paid subscription, thank you. It helps keep the words coming. Payments are handled through Substack, and you can cancel anytime through your account settings. Substack’s the one who handles the billing, not me directly.

4. Be Kind

This is a community built on honesty, vulnerability, and the hard work of healing. If you leave comments or reply to posts, keep it respectful. There’s no room here for hate, harassment, or trolling. If it shows up, it gets removed. Simple as that.

5. Changes

Life changes, and sometimes so will these terms. If I update them, I’ll put the new date up top. If you keep reading after changes are made, that means you're cool with the updates.

6. Reach Out

If something doesn’t sit right, or you have a question, just ask. You can reply to the newsletter or reach me directly through the contact form on Substack. Or email me at resilientscribe@outlook.com.
